Day 1: Johannesburg
Guests are met upon arrival at O.R Tambo International Airport and transferred to the African Tribes Guest Lodge African Tribes is situated only 10 min from Johannesburg international airport.
Get a true 5 star African Experience in this African inspired lodge. Each room represents a different African tribe.
Relax at the bar, next to the heated indoor swimming pool, or soak up the African sun outside.
In the evening, guests are invited to a traditional South African dinner with their hosts and treated to welcome gifts.

Day 2: Sun City
Wake up to the voice of another world rejuvenated, go for a quick swim in the heated pool, before breakfast. Then we are off to the great and famous Sun City, the lost city.
We will spend the day at this world class resort.

The rest of the afternoon you will have to explore this wonderful place that will take your breath away.

Day 3: Amritz Private Lodge
It is off to an early start as coffee and breakfast are enjoyed in the dining area before embarking onto the next stop of our African Safari.
A game drive is just the way to start your day in Africa, we will be off to the Pilanesberg Nature Reserve and will spend the day here.
Lunch will be served in true South African style out in the open air.
Dinner will be at a restaurant at Sun City
Later a night cap with sherry and the best Black Forest Cake.

Day 4: Amritz Private Lodge
Breakfast will be enjoyed and then it is of to one of the most beautiful resorts on the African continent.
This Magical wonder, surrounded by the most breathtaking scenery the country has to offer.
Lunch will be at the casino.
In a setting simply described as spectacular, Sun City nestles beneath nature's magnificent Pilanesberg
For those warm African days, guests may relax at the pool or at the beach. This kingdom offers a variety of things to do.
Dinner will be at Amritz Private Lodge.
Sun downers will be enjoyed on the deck overlooking the spectacular view.

Day 5: Amritz Private Lodge
Experience the break of a new day with fresh coffee,and breakfast will be served in the dinning area of Amritz Private Lodge.
Then it is of with a professional guide on a bush walk before the African sun gets too hot. This is the most humbling experience to see the wonder of Africa.
The rest of the day will spent at a crocodile- and a ostrich farm. We will have lunch at one of the many restaurants in the area. Then it is back to Amritz Private Lodge and dinner will be under the star lit African sky.
Join your hosts for a night cap around the fire and experience the African night.

Day 6: Amritz Private Lodge

The rest of the morning will be at you leisure.
Lunch will be at one of the beautiful pools at Sun City.
The afternoon you will be able to explore Sun City and if you like play some golf or leisure at the lovely settings this resort has to offer.
Dinner will be at Sun City and after dinner we will take you to one of the many shows that the theater has to offer.

Day 7: Amritz Private Lodge
Breakfast will be served and then it is of on an expedition of pure nature extravagance. The Pilanesberg Nature Reserve is worth a second visit. This reserve is home to the Big Five.
Lunch will be here in this beautiful setting.
The rest of the afternoon we will spend to find the king of the jungle, and see all the wild life.
Dinner will be at the Lodge.
Late night drinks after a game drive.

Day 8: Amritz Private Lodge
You will wake up to another scene from Out of Africa. Breakfast will be served in the dining area and the morning game drive will bring the possibility to encounter a kill that was made the night before. The fresh air on the back of an open vehicle will bring you so close to the wonder of nature. An experience second-to-none.
The Cheetah Project will be our next place to visit.
Following an introductory presentation on the Cheetah Project, day visitors are treated to an in-depth tour of the centre. Departing on the hour, open safari vehicles with experienced guides move between the various enclosures, enabling participants to view cheetah, wild dog, lions, the black-footed cat, African wild cat, ground hornbills, sable antelope and much more.
A great treat is experiencing the feeding sessions of various rare African vultures as they swoop down into the “vulture restaurant” to feed on the remains of carcasses. This area attracts White-backed Vultures, Hooded Vultures, occasionally the Lappet-faced Vulture and Cape Griffon, the Marabou Stork and Bateleur Eagle. The bones and carcasses come from the bomas, paddocks and pens around the Centre, and once they have been picked clean they are taken to a bone miller and the proceeds are put pack into the Centre. Nothing goes to waste!
Lunch will be in the small town of Hartebeespoort at one of the local restaurants.
The rest of the afternoon is for you to shop or just walk around this small town, before we head back to Amritz Private Lodge.
Dinner will be around the fire.
Evening game drive, where there is always a possibility to encounter something unforgettable.

Day 9: Amritz Private Lodge
Early coffee and then a lovely breakfast.
The rest of the day we will show you the best places in the area………..from cheese to craft markets.
Lunch and dinner will be on our route exploring the wonderful settings around one of the famous dams in the area.
Night cap with cigars and chocolate is on the menu to end this beautiful day.

Day 10: Amritz Private Lodge
Your last day and we will begin it with a spectacular breakfast. Then we make our way back to Johannesburg
We will have lunch at O.R. Tambo International whereafter you’ll depart home.
